1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "myjudi", "we", "us", "our" refers to the myjudi platform operated at https://myjudi.org and all associated services, applications, and subdomains.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the myjudi platform or accesses the myjudi service in any capacity.
• "Service" refers collectively to the myjudi website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, live gaming products, esports betting markets, and any other features made available through the platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created by a registered user on the myjudi platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to real-money credits held within a player's myjudi Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by myjudi that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

2.Eligibility

2.1 To register and maintain an account on myjudi, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. myjudi strictly prohibits the use of its Service by minors. Access by persons under the age of 21 is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction and that such participation does not violate any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service.

2.3 myjudi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

2.4 Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of myjudi and its affiliated entities are not eligible to open player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

3.Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the myjudi platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. myjudi may conduct identity verification at any stage using the information supplied. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. myjudi will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. You agree to notify myjudi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 myjudi reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide reasons, where it has cause to believe that these Terms have been or are likely to be violated.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 myjudi accepts deposits through approved payment channels including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. myjudi reserves the right to return deposits made from unrecognised or unverified sources.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. myjudi may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided on the platform as indicative estimates only.

4.4 myjudi does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by the payment provider, bank, or e-wallet operator are the responsibility of the player and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount where applicable.

4.5 myjudi reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Players are encouraged to complete account verification proactively to avoid delays.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 myjudi may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits.

5.2 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Real-money funds deposited into the account are used first in game play before Bonus Funds are applied, unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3 myjudi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonus-related winnings where evidence of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of promotional conditions is found. This includes, without limitation, the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus wagering, or coordinated play designed to circumvent bonus terms.

5.4 Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Players may decline to participate in a bonus by contacting myjudi support prior to acceptance.

6.Gaming Rules

6.1 All games available on the myjudi platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

6.2 myjudi uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual casino games. Live casino games are conducted via real-time video streams from licensed studios. The integrity of all game outcomes is independently audited.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, myjudi reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. myjudi's decision in such matters is final and binding.

6.4 Sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the myjudi Sportsbook Rules, which govern matters including settlement, void bets, in-play betting restrictions, and maximum payout limits. Where a betting market is clearly offered in error (erroneous odds, incorrect event details), myjudi reserves the right to void all affected bets.

7.Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the myjudi platform:

• Use of automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage;
• Collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play between players designed to defraud myjudi or other players;
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gaming;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited by applicable law;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the myjudi platform or the experience of other players.

7.2 Detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

8.Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the myjudi platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and interface design — is the exclusive property of myjudi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the myjudi Service for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit any reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from myjudi.

9.Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myjudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of gaming funds due to technical failures outside myjudi's reasonable control.

9.2 myjudi does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. Players access the platform at their own risk. It is the player's responsibility to maintain appropriate security software on their devices.

9.3 myjudi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

10.Responsible Gaming

10.1 myjudi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders using the tools available within their account settings. Self-exclusion options are available to players who wish to temporarily or permanently restrict their access to the platform.

10.2 myjudi strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform using your credentials, contact myjudi support immediately and change your login credentials.

11.Termination & Account Closure

11.1 A player may request closure of their myjudi account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's nominated withdrawal method following completion of identity verification, subject to the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

11.2 myjudi may terminate or suspend a player's account without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory obligation, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other players.

11.3 Upon termination initiated by myjudi for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived therefrom may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned at myjudi's discretion following investigation.

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the licensing jurisdiction under which myjudi operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be first submitted to myjudi's internal dispute resolution process.

12.2 Players may escalate unresolved disputes to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures established under myjudi's operating licence. The decision of the relevant authority shall be final and binding on both parties.

12.3 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

13.Amendments to These Terms

13.1 myjudi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of change.

13.2 Continued use of the myjudi Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
